Driver Information

Once the drivers have been installed correctly, plug the USB convertor into a USB port on your PC. The computer will then assign the convertor a COM port. You will need to check which com port has been assigned via the computer’s “device manager”: XP. Click on Start, Control Panel, System.

Known Issue: Several Avid Community Forum members and Beta testers have reported an issue where after 3 hours of continuous streaming, audio output will not function when an application such as Windows Media player is paused, stopped or closed. We have been unable to reproduce this issue internally. The known workaround is to restart Windows Audio Service. Press Ctrl+Shift+Esc and select the Processes Tab. Right-click Audiosrv and choose stop. Then right-click it again and choose to start the service.
